Lindsey holds a Master of Arts in Counseling and Psychological Services from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. In addition, she is trained in trauma-informed yoga and EMDR therapy and strives to incorporate the body, breath, and mindfulness into the process of healing. Lindsey has extensive experience working with adolescents and young adults, but enjoys working with people of all ages. Her specialties include: depression, anxiety, trauma, and eating disorder recovery.
“I believe that everyone has the desire and ability within themselves to heal, learn, and grow. Sometimes life and difficult circumstances get in the way for us to remember this innate ability. I view my role as a therapist as the facilitator in this process. Whether you are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, or difficult life transitions, I hope to walk alongside you in your journey of self-discovery.”
